πΉ Stage 1: Initial Strike / Slap Threat
Whatβs happening:
- Attacker throws wild slap or looping strike
- Defender is already inside range
- Tight forearm cover protecting the head
- Chin tucked, shoulders raised
- Weight slightly forward
- β Donβt lean back
- β Crash the attack
- β Hands high, elbows tight
Trying to step away and getting hit clean.
πΉ Stage 2: Immediate Counter
Actions:
- Elbow strike
- Palm strike to face
- Attacker is extended
- You are in perfect range
No pause between defence and attack.
Targets:- Nose
- Jawline
- Neck
πΉ Stage 3: Entry & Off-Balance
- Step in aggressively
- Control head/neck
- Control arm/shoulder
- Stop further strikes
- Break balance
- Stay tight
- Use body weight
πΉ Stage 4: Groin Strike
- Knee strike to groin
- Creates pain and posture collapse

Use:To set up control or takedown
πΉ Stage 5: Arm Control & Break
- Control wrist + elbow
- Apply pressure through joint
- Elbow = hinge joint
- Overextension = break risk
Training = control, Real life = potential damage

- Drive attacker to ground
- Establish dominant position
- Mobility removed
- Control gained
πΉ Stage 7: Final Control & Escape
- Pin if needed
- Disengage safely
